Delete your ZoykPay account

For merchants using the ZoykPay app by Zoyk Pay Limited. Use this page to request deletion of your account and the personal data linked to it.

How it works

1. Send the request with the form below.
2. We confirm it is really you: we will call or text the phone number linked to the account.
3. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and you get a confirmation message.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your login, profile (name, phone number, business details), cashier logins, app settings and paired devices.
• Kept: records of processed payments. As a regulated payment service we are required by law to keep transaction records for the legally mandated retention period. They are stored securely and are not used for anything else.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
